Chapter 25.34 RD-60 DUPLEX RESIDENCE ZONE
Section 25.34.020 Principal permitted uses.
The following principal uses are permitted as of right in the RD-60 zone:
1. All principal uses permitted in the RE zone, except that churches, synagogues,
chapels and
similar places of worship or instruction may be located on sites of less than two acres;
2. Two-family dwellings or two single-family dwellings, attached. (Ord.
