Chapter 25.37 RG-50 GENERAL RESIDENCE ZONE - GUR - GREENVILLE URBAN RENEWAL OVERLAY ZONE
Section 25.37.010 Purpose.
The RG-50 – GUR zone is intended to provide and maintain residential areas of medium density
with
choice of housing type. Bulk and density regulations maintain the scale of lower density zones. Additional
regulation and review is applied to multi-family developments in this zone to conform to the goals of
the
Greenville Urban Renewal Plan. This district is only intended to be mapped over existing RG-50 zoning
and only within the Greenville Urban Renewal Area. (Ord. 2004-0263)
