Chapter 25.37 RG-50 GENERAL RESIDENCE ZONE - GUR - GREENVILLE URBAN RENEWAL OVERLAY ZONE
Section 25.37.020 Principal permitted uses.
The following principal uses are permitted as of right in the RG-50 - GUR zone:
1. All principal uses permitted in the RE zone except that churches, synagogues,
chapels and similar
places of worship or instruction may be located on sites of less than two acres;
2. Transitional service facilities to provide care for not more than eight permanent
residents plus one
additional occupant on an emergency basis. The resident supervisory family shall not exceed three persons.
