Chapter 25.37 RG-50 GENERAL RESIDENCE ZONE - GUR - GREENVILLE URBAN RENEWAL OVERLAY ZONE
Section 25.37.025 Principal uses permitted by site plan.
The following uses are permitted as of right in the RG-50 -GUR zone but only in conformance with a city
council approved site plan.
1. Two-family dwellings;
2. Multiple-family dwellings containing not more than four dwelling units, or
not more than four single-family dwellings attached, or two two-family structures attached, or any combination
