Section 25.37.070 Miscellaneous provisions.
1. Parking requirements. Off-street parking and loading requirements for
uses noted in Section 25.37.020
are set forth in Chapter 25.96. However, parking requirements for uses noted in Section 25.37.025 are
noted
in Subsection 25.36.075(3) below.
2. Zoning lots. Only one building for living purposes shall be permitted on
a zoning lot, except as
