Chapter 25.38 RG-28 GENERAL RESIDENCE ZONE
Section 25.38.010 Purpose.
The RG-28 zone is intended to provide and maintain residential areas of medium density which
may include a mixture of housing types ranging from single-family detached to multiple
dwellings; increased bulk and density is permitted. (Ord. S-30424, 1976)
