Chapter 25.38 RG-28 GENERAL RESIDENCE ZONE
Section 25.38.020 Principal permitted uses.
The following principal uses are permitted as of right in the RG-28 zone:
1. All principal uses permitted in the RE zone except that churches, synagogues,
chapels and
similar places of worship or instruction may be located on sites less than two acres;
2. Two-family dwellings;
3. Multiple-family dwellings, and single-family or two-family dwellings, attached;
4. Child care centers;
5. Transitional service facilities, to provide care for not more than eight
permanent residents
plus one additional occupant on an emergency basis. The resident supervisory family shall not
