Chapter 25.38 RG-28 GENERAL RESIDENCE ZONE
Section 25.38.050 Conditional uses.
1. Those conditional uses specified in Chapter 25.94 are permitted in the RG-28
zone subject to the
issuance of a permit as provided in Subchapter III of Chapter 25.12.
2. Mortuaries, funeral homes and funeral chapels.
3. Medical and dental offices, excluding accessory prescription pharmacies;
offices of lawyers,
accountants, architects, planners, engineers, realtors, land developers, insurance agencies, financial
and
property management consultants and appraisers. Specifically, prohibiting any office operations that
involve
retail sales, wholesale sales or product displays; or inventories; or service or delivery vehicles.
