Chapter 25.40 RG-20 GENERAL RESIDENCE ZONE
Section 25.40.070 Miscellaneous provisions.
1. Parking Requirements. Off-street parking and loading requirements applicable
in the RG-20
zone are set forth in Chapter 25.96 of this title.
2. Zoning Lots. Only one building for living purposes shall be permitted on
a zoning lot,
except as otherwise provided in this chapter.
3. Queuing Space Requirements. Queuing spaces shall be provided for all drive-in
establishments permitted in the RG-20 zone in accordance with the provisions in Chapter 25.96
