Chapter 25.42 RG-8 GENERAL RESIDENCE ZONE
Section 25.42.070 Miscellaneous provisions.
1. Off-street parking space shall be provided for all uses in this zone in accordance
with the
requirements of Chapter 25.96 of this title.
2. High rise housing for the elderly shall be supplied with one parking space
for every three
dwelling units (including efficiency apartments). One off-street loading space shall be provided
for the first forty thousand square feet of gross floor area or fraction thereof plus one space for
each additional one hundred fifty thousand square feet of gross floor area or major fraction
thereof.
3. Zoning Lots. Only one building for living purposes shall be permitted on
a zoning lot,
except as otherwise provided in this chapter.
4. Queuing Space Requirements. Queuing spaces shall be provided for all drive-in
establishments permitted in the RG-8 zone in accordance with the provisions in Chapter 25.96 of
