Chapter 25.46 -M MODIFIED RESIDENTIAL OVERLAY ZONE
Section 25.46.010 Purpose.
This is an overlay zone designed to provide for mobile home parks as an additional use in the
RS-70, RD-60 and RG-50 zones at locations which are suitable for mobile homes. This zone is
intended to be mapped by a procedure similar to that set forth for planned developments. (Ord.
