Chapter 25.46 -M MODIFIED RESIDENTIAL OVERLAY ZONE
Section 25.46.020 Authority.
The official zoning map may be amended from time to time, by ordinance duly enacted by the
city council, to provide for modified residential zones; provided, however, that no such
amendment shall be enacted except in accordance with procedures established in Subchapter II of
Chapter 25.12 and the applicable standards and regulations established by this chapter. (Ord.
