Chapter 25.46 -M MODIFIED RESIDENTIAL OVERLAY ZONE
Section 25.46.030 Principal uses.
The following principal uses are permitted as of right in the -M zone:
1. Any principal permitted use in the primary zone to which the -M zone is appended
when
established according to the rules and conditions of the primary zone;
2. Mobile home parks;
3. Mobile home parks or pads for individual mobile homes shall not be authorized
in a -FW
