Section 25.46.040 Permitted accessory uses and structures.

The following accessory uses and structures are permitted in the -M zone:
    1. Any permitted accessory use or structure allowed in the primary zone to which the -M zone is appended when established according to the rules and conditions of the primary zone;
    2. Those accessory uses and structures other than those permitted by the primary zone regulations, but which are required or permitted in mobile home parks by other ordinances of the city or applicable statutes of the state of Iowa;
    3. Any principal permitted use set forth in the BN neighborhood business zone provided that a separate zoning lot for such use is specifically identified in the application for -M zone. If such BN use is located on a private street a permanent and unobstructed easement from public rights-of-way, acceptable to the city engineer and the city attorney, shall, together with the amendment to the zoning ordinance, be recorded with the county recorder of deeds. Said easement shall constitute authorization for the director of building inspection to issue a building permit irrespective of the location of such use from public rights-of-way, provided all applicable state laws relating to subdivision of land have been complied with.  (Ord.
