Chapter 25.46 -M MODIFIED RESIDENTIAL OVERLAY ZONE
Section 25.46.080 Miscellaneous provisions.
1. Off-street parking space shall be provided for all uses in this zone in accordance
with the
requirements set forth in Chapter 25.96 of this title.
2. The entire mobile home park may be treated as one zoning lot, subject to
the provisions
relating to authorization of BN uses. (Ord. S-30424, 1976)
