Section 25.50.030 Prohibited uses.

Chapter 25.50 BN NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS ZONE

Prohibited uses in the BN zone are as follows:

1. Automobile service establishments, as defined in Chapter 25.04 of this title;

2. Gasoline service stations, as defined in Chapter 25.04 of this title;

3. Drive-in establishments, as defined in Chapter 25.04 of this title;

4. Warehousing, storage and distributing establishments;

5. Wholesale establishments;

6. Manufacturing uses, except the fabrication of art and craft objects, bakeries, candy and ice cream stores when conducted solely to produce items for retail sale on the premises, or as custom orders for delivery;

7. Bars, taverns, cocktail lounges and any other establishments which sell beer or intoxicating liquor for consumption on the premises;

8. Liquor stores;

9. Adult entertainment businesses, as defined in chapter 25.04 of this title;

10. All uses not specifically enumerated as permitted uses in the BN zone are prohibited, subject to the right, set forth in Subchapter VII of Chapter 25.12 of this title, of an applicant to seek a use interpretation by the director of building inspection. (Ord. 98/U-6817; S-30424, 1976)
