Chapter 25.50 BN NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS ZONE
Section 25.50.050 Conditional uses.
In addition to the uses specified in Chapter 25.94, the following uses may be permitted in the BN
zone subject to the issuance of a conditional use permit as provided in Section 25.12.300, and
subject to the additional standards hereinafter set forth:
1. Dry-cleaning and laundry establishments, subject to the following additional
standards:
a. Only nonflammable solvents shall be used,
b. Said establishment shall not exceed one thousand
two hundred square feet in gross floor
area,
c. Not more than two delivery vehicles shall be used
in the operations of the business;
2. The operation of any permitted or permissible nonresidential use past the
hour of eleven
p.m. (Ord. S-33377, 1977)
