Chapter 25.52 BNH HEAVY NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS ZONE
Section 25.52.060 Conditional uses.
In addition to the uses specified in Section 25.52.030, the following uses may be permitted in the
BNH zone subject to the issuance of a conditional use permit as provided in Subchapter III of
Chapter 25.12:
1. The operation of any permitted or permissible use past the hour of eleven
p.m.;
2. Conditional uses allowed in the BN zone;
3. Self-service drive-in auto wash facilities containing more than four one-car
