Chapter 25.52 BNH HEAVY NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS ZONE
Section 25.52.070 Use limitations.
The following limitations and conditions shall apply to, and be complied with by, all uses
permitted or permissible in the BNH zone:
1. All use limitations of the BN zone except as herein expressly modified;
2. All operations shall be conducted within a completely enclosed building,
except for
dispensing of gasoline, other motor vehicle fuels and oil in conjunction with permitted uses,
drive-in operations, patio or sidewalk restaurant service, play yards of day care centers, railroad
operations, and the temporary outdoor display of merchandise located within five feet of a
