Section 25.54.010 Purpose.

The BC zone is intended to provide business locations for commercial uses furnishing goods and services to a market area beyond the immediate neighborhood in which they are located but for the most part not on a regional or metropolitan scale. Retail, consumer service and business service operations are permitted to satisfy the needs of individual consumers and households as well as to meet the requirements of other businesses, industries and institutions.
