1. Parking Requirements. Off-street parking and loading shall be provided for all uses established in this zone in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 25.96.

    2. Zoning Lots. Only one building for living purposes shall be permitted on a zoning lot, except as otherwise provided in this chapter.

    3. Queuing Space Requirements. Queuing spaces shall be provided for all drive-in establishments permitted in the BG zone in accordance with the provisions in Chapter 25.96 of this title. (Ord. 86/T-5072; S-30424, 1976)
