Chapter 25.58 BGM METROPOLITAN GENERAL BUSINESS ZONE
Section 25.58.090 Miscellaneous provisions.
1. Parking and Loading Requirements. Off-street loading shall be provided for
all uses
established in this zone in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 25.96. Off-street parking
is
not required for any use establishing or existing in this zone.
2. Zoning Lots. Only one building for living purposes shall be permitted on
a zoning lot,
except as otherwise provided in this chapter. (Ord. S-30424, 1976)
