Section 25.65.030 Expressly prohibited uses.

Chapter 25.65 MA AGRI-BUSINESS MANUFACTURING ZONE

The following uses are expressly prohibited in the MA zone:

1. Churches, temples and other places of worship;

2. Hospitals, rest homes and other residential or nonresidential human health care facilities except for emergency health facilities and child care facilities, both of which may be provided for employees of a permitted use where located on the premises of the permitted use;

3. Mortuaries, funeral homes and funeral chapels;

4. Schools and colleges;

5. Dwellings, mobile home parks and campgrounds;

6. Eleemosynary institutions;

7. Motels and hotels;

8. Junkyards and secondary metal salvage and processing, automobile salvage yards. (Ord. S-30424, 1976)
