Section 25.65.040 Principal permitted commercial uses.

The following principal permitted commercial uses are allowed in the MA zone, except that no permitted or permissible separate business establishment shall occupy a floor area greater than fifteen thousand square feet to conduct its operations and to store its wares, products, inventory and materials:
    1. Retail shopping establishments as defined in Chapter 25.04 of this title;
    2. Business goods and service establishments as defined in Chapter 25.04 of this title;
    3. Consumer service establishments as defined in Chapter 25.04 of the title and taverns, cocktail lounges, restaurants, liquor stores or a combination thereof;
    4. Automobile service establishments as defined in Chapter 25.04 of this title;
    5. Gasoline service stations, car or truck washes;
    6. Recreation and amusement facilities, private or open to the public, including health clubs, tennis clubs, swimming facilities, billiard parlors, electronic game arcades, bowling alleys, indoor theaters, and similar recreational enterprises;
    7. Commercial parking lot or garage for the parking or storage of automobiles, boats or recreational vehicles;
    8. Veterinary clinic;
    9. Government or general office buildings;
    10. Truck, trailer, recreational vehicle or other vehicle rental or lease, heavy and light equipment rental;
    11. Pawnshops, secondhand stores, flea markets and similar stores or events;
