Section 25.71.080 Design guidelines.
The design guidelines set forth in Historic Fourth: Design Guidelines For The Historic District
(1995), as
published by the community development department of the City of Sioux City, Iowa, are hereby adopted
as
the design guidelines for the HC-1 zone. A copy of such design guidelines is on file in the offices
of the
city clerk and the planning and zoning division of the department of community development of the City
of
