Chapter 25.71 HC-1, HISTORIC ZONE
Section 25.71.090 Permits.
Building permits, demolition permits, sign permits, certificates of zoning compliance and certificates
of
occupancy as required by chapter 25.10 of the zoning ordinance shall not be issued until such time that
the
community development director or his designee determines that the applicant is in compliance with all
relevant requirements of the municipal code, the zoning ordinance, and the design guidelines set forth
in
section 25.71.080. (Ord. 2000-8767)
