Section 25.71.130 Space limits.

The space limits applicable in the HC-1 zone shall be the same as the space regulations of the BG district. However, for buildings designed and intended for both business and residential use (section 25.71.030(5)) the maximum allowed residential density shall be limited only by relevant health codes.
