Section 25.71.140 Miscellaneous provisions - parking and loading requirements.

Off-street parking and loading is not required for any nonresidential use establishing, or existing in this zone. Newly established residential uses in the zone shall provide one parking space per dwelling unit. These spaces shall be provided within the HC-1 zone or within 700 feet of the perimeter of the HC-1 zone. (Ord. 2000-8767)
