Chapter 25.72 OLD LAKEPORT REDEVELOPMENT OVERLAY DISTRICT
Section 25.72.030 Procedures.
1. Structural changes not considered significant as noted above would be allowed
without site plan
review by the Planning and Zoning Commission and/or City Council but subject to the issuance of a
building permit when required.
2. Significant changes to existing structures, or the construction of new structures
shall be allowed only in
conformance with the – PD site plan approval procedures stated in Section 25.12.208 of the municipal
