Section 25.74.210 Purpose.

This zone is designed to be overlaid upon any of the business zones. This planned development overlay zone is intended to provide flexibility of site planning and shared provision of off-street parking that is not possible under regulations designed for control of individual and independent development of adjacent business properties, and to provide a vehicle for reducing the range of uses allowed by the primary zone so that the proposed development can be made more compatible with surrounding development.
