Section 25.74.216 Minimum area.

No fixed minimum area is required for a -C planned development. However,the applicant shall have the burden of establishing that the tract is of sufficient size and shape to be planned and developed as a unified whole capable of meeting the objectives for which planned developments may be established pursuant to this chapter.
