Section 25.74.302 Authority.

Except as expressly limited by other provisions of this subchapter, the city council may approve the creation and mapping of PDX industrial planned developments, and in so approving may change, alter or modify those provisions of this title or of Title 24, the Subdivision Code of the Municipal Code of Sioux City, inconsistent with the standards for approval set forth in this Subchapter III.
