Section 25.74.304 Procedure.

The procedure for adoption of a PDX industrial planned development is set forth in Subchapter II of Chapter 25.12 of this title. The development concept plan may be waived by the planning and zoning commission when the scope of the project warrants. (Ord. S-37751, 1979)
