Section 25.74.316 Minimum area.

No fixed minimum area is required for PDX industrial planned development. However, the applicant shall have the burden of establishing that the tract is of sufficient size and shape to be planned and developed as a unified whole capable of meeting the objectives for which planned developments may be established pursuant to this chapter.
