Chapter 25.74 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONES
Section 25.74.321 Compatibility with plans and vicinity.
Developments shall be planned and developed to be in harmony with the general purposes, goals,
policies and standards of the general plan and this title; to avoid any substantial or undue adverse
effect upon the development, use and enjoyment of adjacent property, the character of the
neighborhood, traffic conditions, parking, utility facilities and other matters affecting the public
health, safety and general welfare; to avoid any domination of the immediate vicinity, which
would interfere with the development and use of neighboring property in accordance with the
applicable zone regulations; and to avoid any destruction, loss or damage of natural, scenic or
historic features of significance, and to mitigate other significant adverse impacts, such as
landslides and flooding. (Ord. S-37751, 1979)
