Section 25.74.322 Flood management applies.

Irrespective of any provisions of this Subchapter III, any planned development lying within or partially within the boundaries of a -FW floodway overlay zone or a -FF flood fringe overlay zone shall incorporate the floodplain management provisions provided for in such overlay zones.
