Chapter 25.74 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONES
Section 25.74.326 Parking.
Parking may be jointly provided, but shall be sufficient in quantity and location to satisfy the
demand generated by the proposed uses. The individual requirements of Chapter 25.96 of this
title shall be a guide.
1. Parking areas broken by landscape barriers with no more than sixty parking
spaces in any
single uninterrupted parking bay are preferable. Screening of parking and loading areas may be
required to protect adjoining properties.
2. All parking and loading areas shall be surfaced with a dust-free material
and shall be graded
and drained so as to dispose of all surface water without erosion, flooding or other
inconvenience. Stormwater retention and desedimentation facilities may be required.
3. Parking and loading areas may be required to be lighted. All such lighting
shall be so
arranged as to direct the light away from adjoining uses which may be adversely affected. (Ord.
