Chapter 25.76 -A ATTACHED SINGLE FAMILY OVERLAY ZONE
Section 25.76.020 Overlay zone.
The -A zone shall not be independently mapped upon the official zoning map but shall be
mapped pursuant to the procedures for amending the official zoning map only in conjunction
with a primary zone. The -A zone can only be applied to the RS-70, RD-60 and RG-50 zones.
When so mapped the uses permitted in the -A zone are permitted in addition to the uses permitted
in the primary zone. (Ord. 83/T-2008)
