Chapter 25.76 -A ATTACHED SINGLE FAMILY OVERLAY ZONE
Section 25.76.030 Principal permitted uses.
The following uses are permitted in the -A Zone: Single family attached dwellings as defined in
this title and designed for occupancy by one family and subject to the following:
1. Each dwelling shall face a public street, shall not have a common entry and
no dwelling unit
shall be placed on top of another.
2. The number of attached single family units in the RS-70 and RD-60 zones shall
not exceed
four (4) in any one structure.
3. The number of attached single family units in the RG-50 zone shall not exceed
six (6) in any
