Section 25.76.040 Accessory uses and structures.

Accessory uses and structures are permitted as provided by the primary zone subject to the following: In single family attached structures the minimum off-street parking requirement must be met in a garage or carport attached to or contained within the unit which it serves and no service drives or accessory parking shall be located in the rear yard (as defined in Section 25.04.020) unless said rear yard abuts an open public alley or a conditional use permit has first been obtained subject to the provisions of Section 25.76.060.
