Chapter 25.76 -A ATTACHED SINGLE FAMILY OVERLAY ZONE
Section 25.76.060 Conditional uses.
1. Any conditional use permitted in the primary zone to which the -A zone
is appended is
permitted in the -A zone when established according to the rules and conditions of the primary
zone.
2. Detached garages and accessory parking in the rear yard subject to the issuance
of a permit
as provided in Subchapter III of Chapter 25.12. (Ord. 83/T-2008)
