Chapter 25.82 -AH AIRPORT HAZARD OVERLAY ZONE
Section 25.82.070 Height exceptions.
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as prohibiting the growth, construction or maintenance
of any tree or structure to a height of not more than forty-five feet above the surface of the land.
