Section 25.84.040 Space limits.

All space limit provisions of the underlying zone shall be adhered to, except as follows:

1. Parking lots may be placed in any required rear yard provided any required side yard, adjacent to property in residential use or in a zone requiring a side yard, is maintained.

2. Parking lots may be placed within a required side yard when such side yard is adjacent to a zone which does not require a side yard. (Ord. S-30424, 1976)
