Chapter 25.85 -T TELECOMMUNICATION TOWER OVERLAY ZONE
Section 25.85.060 Definitions.
Unless specifically defined below, words or phrases used in this chapter shall be interpreted as defined
in
section 25.04.020 or as having the meanings they have in common usage as appropriate to give this chapter
its most reasonable application.
1. “ Antenna” means a system or device used to transmit or receive
electromagnetic waves as part of a
telecommunication facility.
2. “ Telecommunication facility/site” means a facility and/or
site that includes an antenna, structural
support for an antenna, and equipment required for functional support of the antenna.
3. “ Telecommunication tower” means a structure designed and
primarily used to support and elevate
