Section 25.86.030 Lands to Which Chapter Applies.

This chapter shall apply to all lands within the zoning jurisdiction of the City of Sioux City shown on the Official Zoning Map as being within the boundaries of the Floodway, Floodway Fringe, General Floodplain, and Shallow Flooding Districts and as shown on the Flood Boundary and Floodway Map to be within the 100-year flood boundaries.
