Section 25.86.040 Official Flood Plain Zoning Map.

The Flood Boundary and Floodway Maps and Flood Insurance Rate Maps prepared as part of the Flood Insurance Study for the city of Sioux City, Iowa, dated August 1, 1979, and the revisions with an effective date of June 6, 2001 (panels 18C and 19C) are hereby adopted by reference and declared to be the Official Flood Plain Zoning Map. The flood profiles and all explanatory material contained with the Flood Insurance Study are also declared to be a part of this ordinance. (Ord. 2001-0415; 89/T-7348)
