Section 25.86.050 Rules for Interpretation of District Boundaries.

The boundaries of the zoning district shall be determined by scaling distances on the Official Flood Plain Zoning Map. Where interpretation is needed as to the exact location of the boundaries of the district as shown on the Official Zoning Map the Zoning Administrator shall make the necessary interpretation. The person contesting the location of the district boundary shall be given a reasonable opportunity to present their case and submit technical evidence. (Ord. 89/T-7348)
