Subject to the limitations of this section any home occupation that is customarily incidental to the principal use of a building as a dwelling shall be permitted in any dwelling unit. Any question of whether a particular use is permitted as a home occupation by the provisions of this section shall be determined by the zoning administrator pursuant to his authority to interpret the provisions of this chapter.  (Ord.
