Section 25.92.050 Use limitations.

1. All accessory structures and uses shall comply with the use limitations applicable in the zone in which they are located.

2. No accessory structure or use shall be constructed or established on any lot prior to the time of the substantial completion of the construction of the principal structure to which it is accessory. (Ord. S-30424, 1976)
