Chapter 25.94 CONDITIONAL USES
Section 25.94.010 Authority.
As a matter of its original jurisdiction, the board of adjustment may, subject to the procedures,
standards and limitations set out in this chapter, approve the issuance of permits authorizing
conditional uses listed in Section 25.94.030 below. (Ord. S-30424, 1976)
